We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was stunningly beautiful. Fairly clean, excellent value property, its location was unbeatable and magnificent and short walk to the centre of the bathroom, the castle, the uk's smallest house, and plenty of shops, and bars and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was perfect and brilliant - within walking distance of Plas Mawr Elizabethan Town House. Moreover, it's next to Conwy, the centre and another cafe.
Everything great!

fantastic base for exploring conwy's fine landmarks and parks
I reveled in the delight of being just a few steps from Conwy Castle, where I admired the medieval architecture, and enjoyed a short walk to the beautiful Conwy Town Walls with amazing views of the town and beyond, making my city strolls nice.

The one-bedroom suite we had was really lovely, and they surprised us with balloons and a birthday cake for my daughter, which was such a nice gesture! We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden and the cozy lounge area. The steep stairs to our room might be a challenge for some, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 🎉

The location was excellent with easy access to attractions. I appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast offered, a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
The hot water in the shower was unpredictable. The sink had a running cold tap that wouldn't turn off, and the windows were dirty on the outside, affecting the view. The room could use a full-length mirror.
